Mission Trip Prayer Guide

2 Thessalonians 3:1 finally, brothers, prayer for us, that the word of the Lord may speed ahead and be honored, as happened among you.

Evangelism:

Pray that God will birth a burden for the lost, especially in Peru

Pray that God would use our weaknesses and strengths (2 Cor. 12:9)

Pray that we would be willing to approach anyone the Holy Spirit leads us to talk to

Pray for boldness and perseverance in sharing the Gospel (Acts 4:31)

Pray that the hearts of the people of Peru will be receptive

Pray for creative methods in sharing the Gospel

Pray that the Holy Spirit will give all the words we need to share the Gospel (John 16:3)

Pray daily for the families left at home, their safety, & strength

Team Unity:

Pray that all team members would exude a Christ-like attitude

Pray for unity among our team

Encouragement:

Pray that we would give all glory to God and not ourselves (Acts 10:25-26)

Pray that all members would be impacted by this trip.

Pray that we would have our worldview expanded, so that we can see all that God is up to globally, and long to be a part of it on a permanent basis.

Pray that as a result of this trip our church will have our worldview expanded and more will submit to go to Peru to share the good news of Jesus Christ.

Pray that we will rethink the direction of our lives and what we will spend it on
